TPR Duke’s Santini

We haven’t focused on sorrels as we are partial to black but we do have a few “carriers” so thought why not.  We knew of this phenomenal little, and we do mean little (29-3/4″), jack.  We also knew his genetics wouldn’t be an option long as he was scheduled to be gelded.  Being such an outstanding little guy….very stocky and correct…we decided to bring him here on loan in 2012.  Santini’s pedigree includes some outstanding donkeys…Cobra genetics on the bottom side (Cobra’s Red Man), Jennie Sam of Belle E Acres,  LN Nehemiah.  Top side includes Red Lightening, MGF Red Jet, 45 Magnum, Little Motown, Poquito Bandito to name a few.

We had 2 foals by Santini in 2013.  Santini Sunflower “Sunni” out of Arrow Creek LadyBug and Daisy Duke out of Parkside Toffee Chips.  Both are outstanding foals and were part of our showstring in 2014.  Sunni was shown as a foal in 3 shows and brought home two 1st place and one 2nd place in halter.  She was awarded Reserve Grand Champion at one show (as a foal!) and Reserve National Champion Foal at the NMDA National Show.
